Russia will continue to launch missile and drone strikes on peaceful Ukrainian cities. Russian dictator Vladimir Putin has "admitted" to this, repeating the "mantra" of hitting military targets in Ukraine, although in reality it is the population and civilian infrastructure of our country that is being destroyed.

Russia will continue to hit Ukraine with missiles

Russia promises to continue the missile terror in Ukraine.

This was stated by the Russian President Vladimir Putin during a visit to the Vishnevsky Military Hospital near Moscow on 1 January.

You have probably noticed that literally the next day (after the shelling of Belgorod - ed.) such strikes were carried out. And today, in my opinion, they are being carried out. And we will do (it) tomorrow, Putin stressed, allegedly referring to strikes on military infrastructure.

The Russian president is convinced that the Russians want to intimidate and create danger inside the country. Therefore, Russia will only intensify its attacks on Ukraine.

Ukrainian forces launched missile attack on military facilities in Belgorod, Russia

According to a source in the intelligence services, this is a response to Russian attacks on Ukraine.

These are joint events that resulted from the barbaric shelling of Dnipro, Kharkiv, Odesa and the killing of civilians. The events are ongoing, the source said.

On 30 December, the Ukrainian Defence Forces launched a missile attack on military facilities in the city. The unprofessional actions and provocations of Russian air defence led to casualties among civilians. During the day, Russia announced the number of casualties due to the shelling.

According to the Russian Emergencies Ministry, at least 14 Russians, including two children, were killed in the attack on Belgorod.

Russia also reported 108 wounded, including 15 children.
