As of February, Russia deployed 48 launchers of the Iskander missile complex along the border with Ukraine.

The Russian Federation increased the number of Iskander launchers

The Defence Intelligence of Ukraine (DIU) deputy chief, Major General Vadym Skibitskyi, says Russia deployed two additional missile launchers at Ukraine's border.

There were 46, and now there are 48. Two launchers were added, and they made an additional tactical group, which is used to launch ballistic missiles from the territory of Russia," Skibitskyi noted.

Russia has temporarily reduced the number of missile strikes on Ukraine

Missile attacks on Ukraine have stopped in recent weeks due to the depletion of Russian supplies.

In addition, Russia uses more artillery shells than it can produce, and although hundreds of tanks entered service last year, most of them were old models taken out of storage and repaired, and only 178 were new.

According to DIU chief, Let. Gen. Budanov, it will be difficult for Russia to achieve its main strategic goal of capturing all the eastern districts of Donetsk and Luhansk regions this year.

They [Russian - Ed.] have not enough possibilities, Budanov said.

According to him, Russia's professional army was largely destroyed in the first year of the invasion of Ukraine, so now it is throwing untrained conscripts into suicide attacks.
