Practically all tanks of the T-80U modification were destroyed or damaged or are serving in the Defense Forces of Ukraine.
A military observer suggested that Russia had lost almost all of its T-80U tanks
Oleksandr Kovalenko noted that almost all tanks of the T-80U modification no longer perform tasks for the benefit of Russia. Mostly, the invaders suffered losses in these tanks in battles in the Kharkiv region.
In a post, Kovalenko published a photo of the T-80U tank, which has become very rare in Russian service over the past year and a half. He suggested that the Defense Forces of Ukraine now have even more T-80U tanks than the Russian occupation forces.
