On December 29, during a missile attack, Russian troops launched all types of missiles and drones over Ukraine, except for Kalibr submarine-launched weapon.

Air Force spokesman Yurii Ignat said that the enemy used Kinzhal hypersonic air-launched ballistic missiles, S-300 long-range surface-to-air missile systems, UAVs, Kh-22 or Kh-32.

Kh-101/Kh-505 missiles were launched by 18 strategic bombers.

We have never seen so many targets on the monitor at the same time," Ihnat said during the telethon.

Missile attack on December 29: what is known

At least 17 people were injured in Kyiv. Falling of rocket debris was recorded in 4 districts.

In Zaporizhzhia, 10 people were injured, two of them are in serious condition. Many civilians are still under the rubble of a damaged building.

In Odesa, two civilians were killed and 15 people were injured, including two children, aged six and eight, after a school building came under Russian shelling.

A rocket damaged a maternity hospital in Dnipro. All patients and medical staff managed to take cover. Four civilians were killed in the city.

One person was killed and 9 injured in Kharkiv. The blast wave damaged the building of a medical facility, and a fire broke out on the territory. There was destruction and damage to warehouse and industrial buildings, a transport base, and an enterprise office.

In Lviv, one person was killed and eight people were injured following Russia's shelling.

In the Sumy region, a 65-year-old and a 39-year-old civilian men were wounded.
