Russia has launched a massive missile attack on Ukraine. There are reports of casualties in Kyiv, Odesa, Dnipro, Lviv, Zaporizhzhia and Kharkiv.
Consequences of Russia’s missile attack on December 29
Two people were killed and 18 others wounded in Kyiv. Rocket fragments fell in Podil, Sviatoshynskyi, Shevchenkivskyi and Darnytskyi districts.
Lukyanivska underground station was damaged.
In Dnipro, the missile attack killed four people and injured nearly a dozen civilians.
In Odesa, Russians shelled residential buildings. Two people were killed and 15 were injured, including two children, aged 6 and 8.
In Lviv, a shelling of a residential building killed one person and injured eight.
A woman was killed in the missile attack in Zaporizhzhia. Another 10 people were injured.
In Kharkiv, the occupiers launched more than 20 attacks on the city, using S-300 missiles. One person was killed — a man of about 35 years old, 11 people were injured.
What missiles did the Russians use?
Air Force spokesman Yurii Ihnat said that the Russians used all types of missiles except Kalibr.
According to the Kyiv City Military Administration, more than three dozen air targets were hit by the Ukrainian air defence forces over Kyiv.
