On March 13, the Legion "Freedom of Russia" (LFR), the "Russian Volunteer Corps" (RVC), and the Siberian Battalion (SibBat) made a joint appeal to the Russian Federation's authorities and the local population of the Kursk and Belgorod regions.
LFR, RVC and Sibbat issued a joint urgent statement
We are addressing our fellow citizens: residents of the city of Belgorod, officials of the Belgorod administration and all those who can hear us. Putin's murderers are launching large-scale attacks on peaceful Ukrainian settlements, setting up their positions between your homes, your children's schools and government institutions. Every day, dozens of ordinary innocent people (mostly women and children) are killed in attacks from Belgorod. The attacks on Ukraine from the territory of Belgorod must stop! — said in a joint statement of the fighters.
That is why the LFR, RVC and SibBat decided to open fire on military positions located in the cities of Belgorod and Kursk.
To avoid civilian casualties, we urge everyone to leave the cities immediately. We urge the local authorities to save people's lives and start evacuating the cities of Kursk and Belgorod, Russian volunteers fighting on the side of Ukraine stressed.
Approximately half an hour before the formation's appeal was published, Governor Roman Starovoit announced the missile threat in Kursk.
RVC commander Nikitin addressed Russians
Late at night on March 12, the commander of the "Russian Volunteer Corps" (RVC), Denis "Rex" Nikitin, recorded a powerful address to all Russian citizens.
The fighter notes that the upcoming elections in the aggressor country are a "circus," and Kremlin dictator Vladimir Putin will rule for the next six years and "until his death."
Our task is to tell the citizens of Russia that an illegitimate president rules them. And after another circus election, he will rule them for another six years, maybe even longer, until his death. Our task is to bring his death closer... not only to Putin but to his entire bloody Kremlin regime.
