The occupiers claim that the city has broken windows, damaged roofs and fences. In five apartment buildings, windows were broken in several apartments, about five cars were damaged by debris. One shop was also damaged and there is damage on the territory of one of the industrial enterprises.
The Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation has already announced that the Russian anti-aircraft defence downed 14 rockets that were flying towards the Belgorod region. The occupiers traditionally blamed Ukraine for the attack.
Around 12:30 p.m., an attempt by the Kyiv regime to carry out a terrorist attack on objects on the territory of the Russian Federation using the RM-70 "Vampire" multiple rocket launcher system was stopped, the Ministry of Defense said.

According to local telegram channels, at 3:28 p.m., an air alert was announced in the region due to an alleged missile threat.
It is reported that the "hit" was recorded on Komunalnaya Street directly in Belgorod.
Later, it became known that the rocket "hit" the boiler room of the "ZhBK-1" plant and the metalwork workshop. After that, a fire broke out there.
