On the morning of February 7, Russia hit Kharkiv with at least two North Korean-made ballistic missiles.
Russian army struck Kharkiv with North Korean missiles
Serhiy Bolvinov, head of the investigative department of the police of the Kharkiv region, said that two of the five rockets fired at Kharkiv in the morning were of North Korean production.
Explosive technicians collected metal fragments of ballistic missiles on the territory of the industrial zone.
According to the preliminary conclusions of specialists, these are North Korean HVASON 11GA (KN-23) missiles.
Missile attack on Ukraine on February 7
On the morning of February 7, Russia launched another massive missile attack on Ukraine. The Mykolaiv, Pokrovsk, Kyiv, Kharkiv and some separate settlements of Lviv, Dnipropetrovsk, and Mykolaiv regions were under enemy attack.
Russia used 64 means of air attack. Among them are 20 Shahed-136/131 type combat UAVs, 29 Kh-101/Kh-555/Kh-55 cruise missiles, Iskander-M ballistic and Kalibr cruise missiles, and S-300 anti-aircraft guided missiles.
Air defence forces destroyed 44 air targets:
26 Kh-101/Kh-555/Kh-55 cruise missiles;
3 Kalibr cruise missiles;
Fifteen combat drones of the "Shahed-136/131" type.
In Kyiv, four people were killed and 40 injured as a result of a rocket attack. A fire broke out in a residential building in Holosiivskyi district. In the Dniprovskyi district, high-voltage underground electric cables were damaged due to falling debris, and a short circuit occurred in a transformer substation.
In Kharkiv, a 52-year-old woman and 59- and 64-year-old men were injured as a result of the attacks. Two missiles hit an enterprise that produces concrete.
In the Dnipropetrovsk region, an infrastructure object was hit. No casualties.
In the Stryi district of the Lviv region, fragments of a downed Russian missile that did not detonate were found in the middle of a field. A rocket hit an industrial facility in Drohobych, causing a fire.
In Mykolaiv, one person died, and there were wounded. The residential buildings, as well as water- and gas networks, were damaged.
