The Russians dropped an aerial bomb on Vovchansk in the Kharkiv region. A two-story building was damaged, a shop was destroyed, and one person was injured.

The head of Kharkiv RMA, Oleg Syniegubov, reported that the occupiers shelled Vovchansk with a guided aerial bomb at 3:00 p.m. According to his information, as of 4:12 p.m., no information about the victims had been received.

Later, the local police reported that the enemy was destroying the city centre.

Residential high-rise buildings and private houses were under attack. Shops were destroyed. One man is in the hospital, he received a shrapnel wound in the head, wrote Serhiy Bolvinov, the head of the Investigative Department of the State Police in the Kharkiv region.
