There are reports that Saldo, the main collaborator of the left-bank Kherson region, announced that by April 15, mobilisation lists should be formed in order to mobilise men born in 2007 inclusively. And they are already creating military commission and medical commissions, in order to have all the lists by April 15 and start mobilisation. They have such a plan, Tolokonnikov said.
