Russian troops attacked a city in the Kharkiv region with drones. As a result of the "Shahed" strikes, there are casualties and destruction.

What is known about Russia's attack in the Kharkiv region

On January 29, around 11:25 p.m., the Russian army launched at least six unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) over Zmiiv.

The building of a civil enterprise was damaged. A 52-year-old employee was injured and was hospitalised, the message states.

Residential buildings in the city were also partially damaged.

Currently, prosecutors and police investigators have collected evidence and recorded the consequences of the armed aggression of the Russian Federation. Under the procedural leadership of the Kharkiv Regional Prosecutor's Office, a pre-trial investigation into violations of the laws and customs of war has been initiated.

In addition, an explosion rang out in Kharkiv during an air raid warning in the afternoon of January 30.

The head of the Kharkiv RMA, Oleg Syniegubov, reported a hit in the region. At the moment, there are no casualties. Details are set.

According to Terekhov, the "arrival" was recorded in a nearby suburb of Kharkiv. There was no hit in the city itself.

Attack of Russian drones on the night of January 30

On the night of January 30, Russian terrorists launched 35 Shahed kamikaze drones and two S-300 guided missiles over Ukraine. Air defence forces managed to shoot down 15 enemy drones.

Air defence forces and means destroyed 15 enemy UAVs within Mykolaiv, Sumy, Cherkasy, Kirovohrad, Dnipropetrovsk, Kharkiv, Kherson and Kyiv regions.

At the same time, the Russian occupiers directed part of the drones to the front-line territories, trying to hit the infrastructure of the fuel and energy sector, civilian and military facilities near the front line and the state border with the Russian Federation.
