Russian occupiers shelled Kramatorsk, Donetsk region, as a result of which a man was killed and his daughter was wounded.
What is known about Russia's shelling of Kramatorsk
The head of the Donetsk Regional Military Administration (RMA), Vadym Filashkin, reported that one person was killed and one injured as a result of the morning attack on Kramatorsk.
The RMA head added that the Russians shelled the city around 9:25.
We have set the weapon type used [by Russians]. A 49-year-old man died at the scene of the shooting, and his 31-year-old daughter was injured, Filashkin added.
Filashkin stressed that even the cities of Donetsk region, relatively far from the front, remain dangerous; he called on the residents to evacuate.
Kramatorsk shelling by Russia
On the morning of January 22, an explosion rang out in Kramatorsk. It turned out that the occupiers withstood another missile attack on the city. The city district Sotsmistechko was left without electricity, and the administrative building was destroyed.
Also, on June 27, 2023, Russia attacked the front-line Kramatorsk. The missile hit the civilian cafe "Ria Lounge". 13 people died, and more than half a hundred were injured.
The Ukraine's Security Service counter-intelligence "on hot pursuit" detained an agent of the Russian special services who corrected a Russian missile strike.
The agent recorded a covert video of the establishment and the nearby parked cars to fulfil the enemy's instructions. After that, the suspect forwarded the recorded file to Russian military intelligence.
