The head of RMA, Oleg Kiper, reports that 14 people died, including residents, a medic and a rescue worker.
Another 46 people, including seven employees of the State Emergency Service, were injured.
Mourning will be announced on March 16 in Odesa and the region.
The Prosecutor General's Office reported that on March 15, around 11:00 a.m., the armed forces of the Russian Federation launched a missile attack on Odesa.
So far, we know about 8 dead, including an employee of the State Emergency Service and a paramedic. More than 20 people were injured.
Civilian infrastructure was also damaged: residential buildings, commercial buildings, and vehicles.
Information on the number of dead and injured and a complete list of destruction and damage is being clarified.
A pre-trial investigation has been launched in criminal proceedings for violation of the laws and customs of war, combined with intentional murder (Chapter 2 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
The State Emergency Service reports that a fire broke out at the site of the hit to the civil infrastructure.
State Emergency Service rescuers arrived at the scene of the impact and began extinguishing the fire, sorting out the rubble and searching for the injured. During the work, the enemy fired a rocket attack again, as a result of which the rescuer died.
According to preliminary information, five employees of the State Emergency Service were injured.
The impact damaged ten private houses, a service station, a low-pressure gas pipeline and two fire and rescue vehicles.
