The Russian authorities do not want to allow the opposition candidate Boris Nadezhdin, who calls for an end to the unleashed criminal war against Ukraine, to participate in the presidential elections.

What is known about oppositionist Nadezhdin and his calls for peace with Ukraine

Nadezhdin states that the representatives of the working group of the Central Committee of the Russian Federation said that there was a 15% lack of signatures in support of him.

At the same time, the conditions for admission to the elections allow for at least 5% lack of signatures.

We plan to collect signatures. It is enough for us to reflect about 4,500 signatures out of 9,209 invalid ones. If the election center refuses to register me, I will appeal the decision in the Supreme Court, — Nadezhdin notes.

At the same time, the Russian mass media reported that the deputy head of the Central Committee of the Russian Federation had allegedly already commented on the situation.

He seemed to say that signatures in support of Nadezhdin were left by people who were not alive.

It should be noted that in his pre-election program, the oppositionist promised to conduct negotiations with Ukraine regarding the termination of the criminal war unleashed by the Kremlin from the beginning of his assumption of the presidency.

He also promised to release Kremlin political prisoners Alexei Navalny and Ilya Yashin.

What is known about the attitude of the Russians towards the oppositionist Nadezhdin

According to Russian mass media, Russians in many cities lined up to sign in support of the nomination of opposition candidate Boris Nadezhdin, who promises to end the Kremlin's criminal war against Ukraine.

On January 16, less than 13,000 signatures were registered, and already yesterday — more than 83,000. At the same time, part of the opposition believes that Nadezhdin is a candidate agreed with the Kremlin.

Earlier, Kateryna Duntsova, who was denied nomination by the Russian Central Committee, Maksim Kats, Mikhail Khodorkovsky, Lyubov Sobol and Ivan Zhdanov called to vote for him.

They tell the Russians that for them a vote for Nadezhdin is the only safe way to express their anti-war position.

In particular, Nadezhdin declares the need to stop the criminal war against Ukraine, since none of the goals has been achieved and the desire for victory can destroy Russia.

Nadezhdin says that after winning the elections, he will immediately offer a ceasefire to Ukraine.
