The "Sinevo" network of laboratories announces that the State Bureau of Investigation (SBI) seized the building of the main office and the central laboratory in Kyiv.

What is known about the "Sinevo" head office arrest

The seizure of the building of the main office and central laboratory of the company "Sinevo Ukraine", located in Kyiv at 46/2 Akademik Palladin Ave, was imposed by the Lychakiv District Court of Lviv at the request of the State Bureau of Investigation (SBI). The company calls these actions pressure on business.

SBI criminal proceedings are being conducted based on the fact of allegedly illegal removal of real estate from state ownership in the period from 2016 to 2021. Sinevo Ukraine claims to have purchased the building in 2010, when it was privately owned. Moreover, in the period from 2013 to 2016, it underwent reconstruction, as part of which the area of the building was increased more than three times. According to the legislation of Ukraine, after such a reconstruction, the building is considered a newly created object by its owner," the press service of "Sinevo Ukraine" reported.

At the same time, the company notes that the SBI imposed the arrest of the building without official notification of the company "Sinevo Ukraine" and the owner of the building, the Cypriot company "Linkmix Holdings Limited" and without summoning the representatives of the companies to the relevant court session. As a result, "Sinevo Ukraine" became aware of the arrest only due to the appearance of a corresponding entry in the state register.

The relevant SBI criminal proceedings were used exclusively as a far-fetched and unsubstantiated pretext for imposing an arrest. Therefore, the arrest is obviously a direct manifestation of pressure on the Medicover international group and the Sinevo Ukraine laboratory, — Sinevo emphasises.

"Sinevo" urged the resolution of the issues in the legal field as soon as possible and cancelled the seizure of the laboratory building. Otherwise, it will stop its activities, leading to a complete stoppage of the company's work.
