On 27 June, an adjuster in Kramatorsk pointed Russian rockets at the Ria Lounge cafe "for ideological reasons". The attack killed 13 people and injured more than fifty others.
What are the motives of the adjuster, who staged the attack in Kramatorsk
According to the head of the press service of the Security Service of Ukraine in the Donetsk and Luhansk regions, Halina Pryshchepa, the only suspect in the case is an employee of a gas company who was in Kramatorsk.
He received an instruction from his former acquaintance, who now represents the 'intelligence department of the DPR Internal Troops Command', to check the information on the location of the Ukrainian Armed Forces in the premises of the Ria Lounge cafe.
The informant, being near the cafe, used one of the messengers of his account to record two video files on his phone with images of the cafe and vehicles with insignia of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. He sent all the video files to this friend.
