The Ukrainian military continues to hold a bridgehead on the left bank of the Dnipro river in the Kherson region and repel attacks by the criminal army of the Russian Federation in the Avdiivka region of the Donetsk region.

Ukraine's defence forces will continue to hold positions on the left bank of the Dnieper in the Kherson region. They continued to inflict fire damage on the Russian invaders.

What is known about the situation in certain areas of the front
In Volyn and Polisia's directions, the operational situation has not changed significantly. There were no signs of the formation of offensive groups. Certain units of the Armed Forces of Belarus perform tasks in the border areas with Ukraine.
In the Siversk and Slobozhansk directions, the enemy maintains a military presence in the border areas, conducts sabotage and intelligence activities, attacks populated areas from the territory of the Russian Federation and increases the density of mine and explosive barriers along the state border of Ukraine. About 15 settlements, including Klyusy in the Chernihiv region, were hit by enemy artillery and mortar fire; Znob-Novgorodske, Popivka, Porokhon of the Sumy region; Okhrimivka, Vovchansk, Budarky and Pletenivka in the Kharkiv region.
In the Kupiansk direction, Ukrainian defenders repelled two enemy attacks in the Synkivka area of the Kharkiv region. About ten settlements in the Kharkiv region, including Dvorichna, Synkivka, Petropavlivka, Ivanivka, and Berestove, came under artillery and mortar fire.
In Lyman's direction, the Defense Forces repelled eight enemy attacks in Spirne and Vesele of the Donetsk region. About ten settlements, including Nevske, Belogorivka of the Luhansk region and Torske, Serebryanka, Verkhnokamianske, Spirne, and Rozdolivka of the Donetsk region, were affected by enemy artillery and mortar shelling.
In the Bakhmut direction, the defence forces repelled 13 enemy attacks in Bohdanivka, Klishchiivka, Andriivka, and North Donetsk region. About ten settlements came under artillery and mortar fire, including Markove, Klishchiivka, Andriivka, and New York of the Donetsk region.
In the Avdiivka direction, our defenders repelled 36 enemy attacks in the areas east of Novobakhmutivka, Avdiivka, south of Sieverne, south of Tonenke, Pervomaiske, and Nevelske of the Donetsk region, where the enemy unsuccessfully tried to break through the defences of our troops. More than ten settlements, including Stepove, Avdiivka, Karlivka, and Pervomaiske of the Donetsk region, were hit by enemy artillery and mortar attacks.
In the Mariinka direction, the Defense Forces continued to hold back the enemy in the districts of Mariinka, Krasnohorivka and Novomykhailivka of the Donetsk region, where the enemy launched 12 unsuccessful attacks on the positions of our defenders. The occupiers came under artillery and mortar fire: Georgiivka, Kostyantynivka, Mariinka, Pobieda and Novomykhailivka in the Donetsk region.
The enemy did not conduct offensive (assault) actions in Shakhtarsk's direction. About ten settlements, including Vugledar, Zolota Niva, and Urozhaine of the Donetsk region, were hit by artillery and mortar shelling.
In the Zaporizhzhia direction, the AFU repelled three enemy attacks north of Pryutne and west of Novopokrovka of the Zaporizhzhia region. More than 20 settlements, including Levadne, Malynivka, Gulyaipole, Charivne, Mala Tokmachka, Robotyne, and Kamianske of the Zaporizhzhia region, were hit by artillery and mortar attacks.
In the Kherson direction, Antonivka of the Kherson region and the city of Kherson were hit by enemy artillery fire.
