What is known about the air defence results on January 23
He noted that during the last air attacks on Ukraine, the Russian invaders mainly used ballistic missiles — in particular, Iskander-M, S-300, S-400, Kh-22, Kh-59, Kh-101 and Kh-555.
Ignat emphasised that air defence units shot down 21 out of 41 missiles launched by the enemy over Ukraine.
The spokesman of the Armed Forces of Ukraine also added that many Ukrainians still do not understand how Russian war criminals attack and how the Ukrainian military repels enemy air attacks.
According to him, a certain number of missiles launched by Russian war criminals do not reach their goals due to the opposition of Ukrainian anti-aircraft missiles and their poor quality.
At the same time, according to Ignat, the delay in Western aid is felt in the air defence forces.
