The Ukrainian military continues to liquidate the Russian military. The total number of losses of the Russian army since the beginning of the invasion is 395,200 soldiers.
What is known about the losses of the Russian army
According to the General Staff, the Defense Forces destroyed 930 Russian invaders during the day, and the following equipment was destroyed:
tanks — 6406 (+12) units;
armored fighting vehicles — 11,956 (+14) units;
artillery systems — 9,475 (+16) units;
RSZV — 981 units;
air defense means — 666 units;
aircraft — 332 units;
helicopters — 325 units;
UAVs of operational-tactical level — 7,257 (+22) units;
cruise missiles — 1,881 units;
ships/boats — 24 units;
submarines - 1 unit;
automotive equipment and tank trucks — 12,592 (+13) units;
special equipment - 1513 (+1) units.
What is the situation at the front
In the Siverskyi and Slobozhanskyi directions , the enemy maintains a military presence in the border areas, conducts active diversionary activities in order to prevent the transfer of our troops to threatening directions, and increases the density of mine and explosive barriers along the state border in the Belgorod region.
On the Kupyansk direction the enemy did not conduct offensive (assault) actions.
In the Lyman direction, the Defense Forces repulsed 6 enemy attacks in the areas of Terna settlements, as well as southeast of Vyimka and Rozdolivka of the Donetsk region.
In the Bakhmut direction, our soldiers repelled 14 enemy attacks in the areas of settlements: Bohdanivka, Ivanivske, Klishchiivka and Andriivka of the Donetsk region.
In the Avdiivka direction, Ukrainian defenders continue to hold back the enemy, who does not stop trying to surround Avdiivka. Our soldiers firmly hold the defense, inflicting significant losses on the invaders. Thus, during the past 24 hours, the Defense Forces repelled 23 enemy attacks in the areas of settlements of Novokalynove, Novobakhmutivka, Avdiyivka and another 10 attacks in the areas of Severny, Tonenko, and Nevelsky of Donetsk region.
In the Mariinsky direction, defenders continue to hold back the enemy near Georgiyivka and Novomykhailivka, Donetsk region, where 35 attacks were repulsed.
In the Shakhtarsky direction, our defenders repelled 2 enemy attacks near Vodyanyi, Donetsk region.
In the Zaporizhzhia direction, the Defense Forces repelled 2 enemy attacks west of Verbovoy and Robotyny in the Zaporizhzhia region.
In the Kherson direction, the Defense Forces are continuing measures to expand the bridgehead. Despite significant losses, the enemy does not stop trying to knock our units out of their positions. So, during the past day, the enemy carried out 2 unsuccessful assault actions, - notes the General Staff.
