The Ukrainian military continues to liquidate the Russian military. The total number of losses of the Russian army since the beginning of the invasion is 401,350 soldiers.
What is known about the losses of the Russian army
According to the General Staff, the Defense Forces destroyed 1,050 Russian invaders during the day, and the following equipment was destroyed:
tanks — 6476 (+11) units;
armored fighting vehicles — 12,145 (+16) units;
artillery systems — 9669 (+28) units;
RSZV — 984 units;
air defense equipment — 671 units;
aircraft — 332 units;
helicopters — 325 units;
UAVs of operational-tactical level — 7413 (+5) units;
cruise missiles — 1,896 (+1) units;
ships/boats — 25 units;
submarines — 1 unit;
automotive equipment and tank trucks — 12,734 (+18) units;
special equipment — 1533 (+5) units.
What is the situation at the front
In the Siverskyi and Slobozhanskyi directions , the enemy maintains a military presence in the border areas, conducts diversionary activities in order to prevent the transfer of our troops to threatening directions, and increases the density of mine and explosive barriers along the state border in the Belgorod region.
On the Kupyansk direction our defenders repelled 3 enemy attacks near Sinkivka, Kharkiv region.
In the Lyman direction, our soldiers repelled 17 enemy attacks in Terna, Yampolivka, Torske, Donetsk region, and Belogorivka, Luhansk region.
In the direction of Bakhmut, the Defense Forces repelled 13 attacks by the occupiers near Bohdanivka, Ivanivskyi, Klishchiivka, and Andriivka, Donetsk region.
In the Avdiivka direction, our defenders repelled 38 enemy attacks in the area of Lastochkino, Avdiivka, west of Berdychiv, and another 5 attacks near Pervomaiskyi and Nevelskyi, Donetsk region.
In the Mariinsky direction, the Defense Forces continue to hold back the enemy near Georgiivka and Novomykhailivka, Donetsk region. Here, the invaders, with the support of aviation, tried 12 times to break through the defense of our troops.
No offensive (assault) actions of the enemy were noted in the Novopavlovsk direction .
In the Zaporozhye direction, the enemy unsuccessfully tried to attack the positions of our troops southeast of Malaya Tokmachka 3 times, the General Staff notes.
In the Kherson direction, the Defense Forces will continue to hold positions and repulse assaults by occupation forces.
