Operational information as of 18.00 on 11.02.2024 regarding the Russian invasion was provided by the General Staff of the Armed Forces.
The operational situation in the east and south of Ukraine remains difficult.
During the day, 95 combat clashes took place.
In total, the enemy carried out 1 missile and 79 air strikes, carried out 52 attacks from the RSZV on the positions of our troops and populated areas.
On the Volyn and Poliske directions, the operational situation has not changed significantly.
On the Siverskyi and Slobozhanskyi directions, the enemy shelled about 30 settlements with artillery and mortars.
In the Kupyansk direction, our defenders repelled 2 enemy attacks near Tabaivka, Kharkiv region. About 10 settlements came under artillery and mortar fire.
In the Lyman direction, our soldiers repelled 3 attacks near Bilogorivka, Luhansk region, and Rozdolivka, Donetsk region. The occupiers launched an airstrike in the Izyum district of the Kharkiv region. More than 10 settlements were damaged by enemy artillery and mortar shelling.
In the Bakhmut direction, the Defense Forces repelled 17 attacks in the Bohdanivka and Klishchiivka districts of the Donetsk region, where the enemy tried to improve the tactical position. About 10 settlements came under artillery and mortar fire.
In the Avdiivka direction, our defenders repelled 22 attacks in the Avdiivka area and another 16 attacks south of Tonenko, near Pervomaisky, Nevelsky, Donetsk region. About 20 settlements were hit by enemy artillery and mortar attacks.
In the Mariinsky direction, the Defense Forces continue to hold back the invaders near Krasnohorivka, Pobieda, Novomykhailivka, Donetsk region. In this direction, the enemy unsuccessfully tried to improve the tactical position 28 times. The enemy also carried out airstrikes in the areas of Antonivka and Kostyantynivka settlements of the Donetsk region.
In the direction of Novopavlivsk, our defenders repulsed an enemy attack north of Priyutny, Zaporizhzhia region. The enemy launched an airstrike in the Rivopol area of the Donetsk region. About 10 settlements were hit by artillery and mortar attacks.
In the Zaporizhzhia direction, the Defense Forces repelled an attack in the Robotyn region of the Zaporizhzhia region, where the enemy, with the support of aviation, unsuccessfully tried to break through the defense of our troops. The enemy also carried out an airstrike in the Novoandriivka region of the Zaporizhzhia region. About 30 settlements were hit by artillery and mortar attacks.
In the area of responsibility of the "Odesa" anti-aircraft missile defense system in the Kherson direction, the enemy does not give up its intention to knock out our units from the bridgeheads on the left bank of the Dnieper. So, during the day, 1 unsuccessful attempt to storm the positions of our troops was made. The city of Kherson came under artillery fire. The enemy carried out airstrikes in the areas of Kachkarivka and Monastyrske settlements of the Kherson region.
