When asked about the option of negotiations with the Russian Federation, Umierov replied that such a decision would be a threat to democracy around the world.
I think the whole civilized world should be ashamed if this happens. This will continue and destroy democracy. Their goal is to destroy Ukrainians so that Ukraine does not exist at all. Therefore, it is in the interests of the United States to fight authoritarian regimes and not show any signs of weakness, he said.
