At the time of the drone attack, there were up to 20 SU-34 aircraft at the Morozovsk airfield in the Rostov region. A significant damage was inflicted on the enemy.

Attack on Russian airfield Morozovsk

According to Ukrinform sources, the Morozovsk airfield was an important target because the 559th bomber aviation regiment of the Russian Aerospace Forces is stationed there.

According to the source, at the time of the attack, there were up to 20 SU-34 aircraft at the airport. 3 radar stations and other equipment were also located on the territory of the airfield.

They attacked the airfield with drones. And although the Russian Federation has already traditionally managed to declare that all UAVs were shot down, in reality the Service together with the Armed Forces inflicted significant damage on the enemy's equipment, the Ukrinform source noted.

Monitoring communities have published photos of the aftermath of the attack, in which you can see the flaps of the Su-34 cut by striking elements.

If the striking elements are aimed at the cockpit area, the aircraft(s) will require major repairs.

Drone attack on the Russian Federation on December 17
