The death toll after the Russian missile strike on Kyiv on February 7 has increased to six. A man who was seriously injured after a fire in a high-rise building in the Holosiivskyi district of the capital died in the hospital.

A relative of the family, Oksana Tkachuk, told about her husband's death after almost a month of hospital stay.

According to her, a rocket attack earlier took the life of the daughter of the deceased Yury Nosov, Anastasia. They were both in a challenging condition. The girl also died in the hospital from her injuries.

Yura died in the hospital after three weeks of doctors fighting for his life, without regaining consciousness, after the debris of the rocket hit his house and Teremky. Russian missile attack on Ukraine on Feb.7: what is known

On the morning of Feb.7, Russia launched another massive missile attack on Ukraine. Mykolaiv, Pokrovsk, Kyiv, and Kharkiv, as well as settlements of Lviv, Dnipropetrovsk, and Mykolaiv region, ns are under enemy attack.

A fire broke out in a high-rise building in the Holosiivskyi district of Kyiv. In the Dnipro district, falling debris damaged high-voltage underground electric cables, and a short circuit occurred in a transformer substation.

Russia used 64 means of air attack, including 20 Shahed-136/131 type kamikaze drones, 29 Kh-101/Kh-555/Kh-55 cruise missiles, Iskander-M and Kalibr ballistic missiles, and S-300 anti-aircraft guided missiles. Air defence forces destroyed 44 air targets.

  • In Kharkiv, a woman, 52, and two men, 59 and 64, were injured as a result of the attacks. Two missiles hit an enterprise that produces concrete.

  • In the Dnipropetrovsk region, an infrastructure object was hit. No casualties.

  • In the Stryi district of the Lviv region, fragments of a downed Russian missile that did not detonate were found in the middle of a field. A rocket hit an industrial facility in Drohobych, causing a fire.

  • In Mykolaiv, one person died, six were injured.

Air defence forces over Kyiv and near the capital destroyed approximately two dozen missiles.
