What is known about the impact of the delay in military aid to Ukraine from Western partners on the situation at the front

According to the head of the "Tavria" OSTG, Brigadier General Oleksandr Tarnavskyi, in a comment to The Guardian publication, due to the shortage of a number of artillery shells, which is connected with the reduction and delays of military aid from the USA and the EU, the Ukrainian military was forced to reduce military operations at the front.

There is a problem with ammunition, especially post-Soviet ammunition - it is 122 mm, 152 mm. And today these problems exist along the entire front line... The volumes that we have today are not enough for us today, taking into account our needs. So, we redistribute them. We are replanning the tasks we have set before ourselves and reducing them because we need to ensure their fulfillment, Tarnavskyi said.

He emphasized that the lack of artillery ammunition is a severe problem for the Ukrainian military. Still, Russian war criminals from the occupation army of the Russian Federation have similar issues.
