What they say in the Office of the Prosecutor General

According to Prosecutor General Andriy Kostin, the criminal army of the Russian Federation purposefully attacked a residential building in Odesa.

He emphasized that there were no military or strategic facilities nearby.

This is not just shelling, this is a policy aimed at terror and destruction of Ukrainians. This is an attack on a residential building. This home is not adjacent to any military or dual-use facility. This building is located in a densely built-up area, the Prosecutor General notes.

According to him, the policy of terror perpetrated by the criminal army of the Russian Federation in Ukraine is directed directly by the Kremlin.

Criminal orders are issued from the Kremlin, Kostin noted.

He emphasized that Ukraine still needs more air defense equipment to protect the civilian population.

Ukraine needs additional weapons and air defense equipment. After all, we should not only investigate such war crimes. We must stop these crimes. For this, we need the support of the world, - emphasized the Prosecutor General.
