Bribery to the commander of the "Odesa" OSUV: what is known
Law enforcement officers detained a businessman who wanted to bribe the commander of the operational-strategic troops’ group (OSTG) "Odesa". Eduard Moskalyov currently holds this position.
The entrepreneur offered a bribe of UAH 200,000 to the OSTG "Odesa" commander so that he would issue a particular order to obtain a permit to catch biological resources in the prohibited border zone.
However, Moskalyov turned to the law enforcement officers. A criminal case was initiated based on his statement. The commander, as they say in NABU and SACPO, contributed to the exposure of this crime.

If the suspect is found guilty, he faces imprisonment for four to eight years with or without confiscation of property.
