The command of the Southern Defense Forces noted that the enemy was attacking with anti-radar missiles, trying to identify the positions of the air defence forces and destroy them.
The Southern Defense Forces said that in the territory of Odesa and the Bilgorod-Dnistrovskyy district, an open surface, administrative building and port infrastructure were hit. People were not injured.

According to Oleksandr Prokudin, head of the Kherson Regional Military Administration, on Tuesday, November 21, the criminal army of the Russian Federation dropped 25 guided aerial bombs on the region.
According to him, the bombs were launched between 11:20 and 13:00. The enemy dropped them on the settlements of Beryslavskyy and Kakhovskyy districts.
As a result of the attack, according to preliminary data, two people were injured.
A 74-year-old man was wounded in Beryslav, and a 54-year-old resident was injured in Novoberyslav. They are provided with medical assistance.
On November 19, the occupiers fired at a high-rise building in Kherson — a 3-year-old child was injured while walking on the street with her grandmother. Three other adults were also injured.
