Russian troops are attacking Nikopol and settlements of the Chervonohryhorivska and Marhanets communities. During the day, they launched four barrages of artillery and used seven kamikaze drones.

Russian terrorists attacked Nikopol — four attacks with cannon artillery and kamikaze drones took place during the day.
The head of the Nikopol District Miliraty Administration, Yevhen Yevtushenko, posted this on Telegram.
According to Yevtushenko, three people were wounded as a result of hostile shelling. They received shrapnel wounds and mine-blast injuries. The victims were hospitalised and have already undergone surgical treatment.
In addition, five private houses and one multi-storey building, two outbuildings, an excavator and power lines were damaged.
The Ukrainian Armed Forces neutralised five of the seven kamikaze drones, the RMA head said.
Shelling of Nikopol: what is known
Nikopol in the Dnipro region is currently under constant fire from the occupiers, who are attacking the city from the other side of the Dnipro River and firing, in particular, from the temporarily occupied Enerhodar in the Zaporizhzhia region.
On 15 December, the Russian army launched an artillery attack on Nikopol. Two people were injured in the shelling.
Recently, it was also reported that the Russian army attacked Nikopol, the Dnipro region, using a drone and artillery. As a result, a woman was injured.
