According to the information of the OSTG "Tavria" commander, Brigadier General Oleksandr Tarnavskyi, the criminal army of the Russian Federation in the Tavria direction doubled the number of attacks on the positions of the Ukrainian military.

What is known about the situation in Tavria's direction

The Russian occupiers again increased, almost twice, the number of clashes. They continue to actively carry out airstrikes and shell our positions with artillery, Tarnavskyi emphasises.

He emphasized that 25 enemy airstrikes, one missile strike by the occupiers, 47 attempted enemy attacks and 875 artillery fire were recorded in Tavria's direction during the day.

It is noted that there remains a high threat of Russian military criminals using missile weapons and drones against military and civilian infrastructure objects.

In the Avdiivka region of the Donetsk region, the Ukrainian military continues to hold back the powerful waves of the Russian occupiers' offensive.

In particular, during the day, 13 attacks were repelled in the Novobakhmutivka, Stepove, and Avdiivka districts and, in addition, 19 more attacks in the Sieverne, Pervomaiske and Nevelske districts.

In the Mariinka area, fierce battles are taking place near Georgiivka and Novomykhailivka, where the Armed Forces of Ukraine repelled 14 enemy attacks during the day.

No offensive actions of the enemy were recorded in the Shakhtarsk area.

In the Zaporizhzhia region, the Ukrainian military repelled an attack by war criminals of the Russian army in the Robotyny area.

What is known about the losses of the Russian army in the Tavria's direction

It is noted that 423 Russian occupiers and 72 units of enemy military equipment were eliminated during the day.

  • Ten tanks;

  • 14 ACVs;

  • Ten artillery systems;

  • one MLRS;

  • one AGL (automatic grenade launcher);

  • 22 UAVs;

  • Ten vehicles;

  • Four units of special equipment.

In addition, the Ukrainian military hit two ammunition depots and another important enemy object.
