Russian troops continue their brutal shelling of the Kherson region. On December 24, the terrorist army of the Russian Federation again struck the civil settlements of Bilozerka and Komyshany.

On December 24, Russian troops shelled Bilozerka, wounding a woman. Also, for the second day in a row, the Russian army attacked from the air the village of Komyshany, a suburb of Kherson.

The Kherson Regional Military Administration reported this on the Telegram channel.

Earlier today, Bilozerka village was under enemy fire. A 36-year-old local woman was injured. The woman received aqua barotrauma (contusion) from the blast wave. The people of Bilozerka provided help on the spot.

The Russian army also shelled Komyshany. The doctors recorded an acute reaction to stress in a 70-year-old woman.

The Kherson Municipal Military Administration reports that more than 30 houses were destroyed in the village, and three were completely destroyed during two days of continuous shelling.

On the night of December 24, Russian terrorists massively shelled Kherson. As a result of the strikes, nine people were injured, and there are also dead people.

Under the procedural leadership of the Kherson Regional Prosecutor's Office, a pre-trial investigation has been initiated in criminal proceedings on the fact of violation of the laws and customs of war, which is combined with intentional murder, the press service writes.

An elderly couple died as a result of a projectile hitting a residential building. The rescuers also unblocked the body of another man in another building.

The body of another victim was unblocked after an enemy projectile hit a high-rise building.

Currently, it is known that nine townspeople were injured, including a 15-year-old child, the prosecutor's office writes.

The head of the Kherson RMA, Oleksandr Prokudin, said that among the victims was also a 54-year-old Kherson man who received a concussion and leg injury. He refused hospitalization.

The following were damaged during the shelling:

  • private and apartment buildings;

  • educational and medical institutions;

  • critical infrastructure objects;

  • motor vehicle.
