An air raid alert has been declared throughout Ukraine due to the take-off of a MiG-31K fighter jet of Russia's criminal army from the Savasleyka airfield in the Nizhny Novgorod region. Explosions are reported in Kyiv and Khmelnytskyi region.

The Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported a possible launch of hostile missiles from the Lipetsk region.

On the night of 13 December, Russian occupiers fired ballistic missiles at Kyiv. Fires and destruction were recorded in the places where missile fragments fell, 53 people were injured, 20 of them were hospitalised.
The water supply network was damaged in Dniprovsky district. Rocket fragments fell on the road. As a result of hostile shelling, 34 people were wounded.
