Ukraine could receive from Britain the original version of Storm Shadow, the range of which reaches 560 km, according to the retired general of the Bundeswehr, Erhard Bühler.

The destruction by the Ukrainian army of the large landing ship "Novocherkassk" in occupied Feodosia may indicate that AFU has missiles with a range of 400-560 kilometres. The freedom of movement of the Russian Black Sea Fleet is now severely restricted. Britain could give Kyiv the original Storm Shadow missile on NATO's balance sheet. This was stated by the retired Bundeswehr general and military expert Erhard Bühler.

According to Bild, he said that the range of the Storm Shadow missiles, which Britain handed over to Ukraine, could be twice as long as previously thought.

Ukraine could get a Storm Shadow with a range of 560 km.

According to the expert, AFU should have received an export version of the Storm Shadow missile with a reduced range — up to 250 kilometres. Such a missile is not enough to hit the Russian troops in Feodosia. Therefore, the original Storm Shadow, in service with the North Atlantic Alliance, could be transferred to Ukraine. Its range reaches 560 kilometers.

The cruise missile was supposed to fly more than 250 km over the occupied territory. To do this, you need to know where the radar and air defense positions are located. This is not done just like that, Bühler noted.

Ukraine has missiles with a range of 400 km.

The expert concluded that Ukraine has missiles with a range of 400 kilometres. Such weapons significantly limit the manoeuvre space for the Black Sea Fleet of the Russian Federation. Thus, the port in Feodosia is no longer safe for the Russian occupiers.

In general, this means that Ukraine has cruise missiles with a real range of 400 km. Freedom of movement of the Black Sea Fleet is significantly limited. Now Feodosia, one of the last Crimean ports considered safe, is no longer a safe port for Russia. From the numerous secondary explosions, it is clear that the landing craft had a large amount of ammunition. We know that these ships are used by the Russians as transport vessels, Erhard Bühler emphasised.
