According to Bloomberg, the administration of US President Joe Biden wants Ukraine to improve its plan for waging war against the Russian Federation.

What Biden's team plans to discuss with Zelenskyy

Journalists have learned that White House representatives want to discuss the issue of the war plan with Russia with Volodymyr Zelenskyy in Davos, Switzerland, next week.

Insiders of the publication claim that the official Washington will be represented this time by Jake Sullivan, the national security adviser to the US president.

US officials will press for it in the coming weeks to discuss non-public matters.

According to anonymous sources, the US wants to hear about a clear plan for Ukraine, which will be agreed upon between Volodymyr Zelenskyy and the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, Valerii Zaluzhnyi.

In addition, Bloomberg received information that the command of the Ukrainian army is already developing plans for 2024. What is important to understand is that a full range of options is being considered.

A this moment, the White House wants to understand how best to direct its support to help Ukraine defend itself in the coming year.

Kyiv's allies say that developing a clear military strategy to defend current positions and further break through Russian lines is crucial.

What is known about the secret meeting of Ukraine, the G7 and the Global South countries

Earlier, Bloomberg reported that a previously unannounced meeting occurred between Ukraine, its G7 partners and a small group of the Global South countries in mid-December.

In this way, Volodymyr Zelenskyy's team intended to gain support for its peace plan.

The smaller format allowed for a freer and more frank discussion about the so-called "peace formula" and plans to advance this process, as well as the principles of potential interaction with Russia in the future.
