During a campaign rally in South Carolina, Trump again promised to stop Russia's criminal war against Ukraine, but warned that the United States could lose billions of dollars if an agreement between Kiev and Moscow is reached without Washington's involvement.
At the same time, Trump continued to oppose the provision of aid to Ukraine by the United States.
