US President Joe Biden's national security advisor, Jake Sullivan, in an address to Congress, noted that Ukraine can still win the war unleashed by Russia, but for this, constant and powerful support from partners is needed.

The White House believes in the victory of Ukraine in the war against the Russian Federation

Of course, Ukraine can win. Of course, Ukraine has already achieved military success in one of the most important goals it set for itself - to prevent the country from falling into the hands of Russia, - noted Sullivan.

Biden's adviser emphasized that Ukraine will continue to be able to achieve success in the war if it has the appropriate tools.

That is why the United States needs to be given an aid package that passed a massive bipartisan vote in the Senate - the House of Representatives must step forward and pass it, - Sullivan emphasized.

Biden's adviser also noted that the US is aware of the problems of the Ukrainian military, which arise due to a shortage of weapons caused by delays in supplies from Western partners.

But, in the end, Ukraine still has potential if we give it the tools and resources it needs to win this war, Sullivan emphasized.

That could radically change the situation on the battlefield

According to President Volodymyr Zelenskyi, the transfer of literally ten Patriot air defense systems from Western partners could drastically affect the situation in the war started by Russia.

The head of state emphasized that if Ukraine received ten Patriot systems for key industrial centers in the coming months, and if our country could use these systems closer to the front, the enemy would "retreat."

We would break their defenses and go forward. Ten Patriots would radically change the situation, Zelenskyy emphasized
