How many ships of the Russian Federation destroyed Ukraine

About 33% of warships of the Black Sea Fleet of the Russian Federation were disabled by Ukraine during the large-scale invasion of Russia.

According to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the Ukrainian military disabled 24 Russian ships and one submarine.

It is known from open sources that the Black Sea Fleet of the Russian Federation had 74 warships at the beginning of the large-scale invasion.

What is known about AFU's attacks against Russia's fleets

On the night of February 1, fighters of one of the Defence Intelligence of Ukraine (DIU) units destroyed the Ivanovets missile corvette of the Black Sea Fleet of the Russian Federation with MAGURA V5 naval drones. The cost of the ship is 60-70 million dollars.

This boat was considered the "pride" of the Black Sea Fleet of the Russian Federation. The DIU speaker, Andrii Yusov, said there were only three such boats in Russia.

At the same time, after the destruction of the "Ivanovets" corvette, the Russian troops hid the missile carriers with "Kalibr" in the base points.

On November 4, the Defense Forces struck the "Zaliv" shipyard in Crimea.

As a result of the attack, the Kalibr cruise missile carrier, the Askold Corvette, which the occupiers were going to launch and enter into the Black Sea Fleet of the Russian Federation in December 2023, was damaged.

The AFU StartCom noted that the Defense Forces caused significant damage to the enemy ship. It was pointed out that "Askold" is probably beyond repair.
