Varlamov and Mironov adopted the kidnapped 10-month-old girl, giving her her last name and changing her place of birth to Podolsk.
According to the EU authorities, the head of the Belarusian branch of the Red Cross, Dmytro Shevtsov, is also involved in the abduction of children.
He publicly announced the deportation of 50 children from Lysychansk to Novopolotsk. It was later confirmed by the "Cyber Partisans" group, which opposed the regime of Oleksandr Lukashenka.
