Last night, Russian terrorists used two Shahed-136/131 UAVs against Ukraine. All of them were destroyed by air defence systems.

Air Force speak about Russia’s night attack

The drones were launched from the Primorsko-Akhtarsky region of Russia.

Both were shot down in Mykolaiv and Khmelnytskyi regions, the Air Force wrote.

Russia’s attack on night of January 6

At around 12 am, the acting Governor of Khmelnytskyi region, Serhiy Tyurin, warned local residents about the movement of drones in the region. Later, he confirmed the information about the air defence operation and noted that there were no civilian casualties.

At 1:23 a.m., an air raid alert was declared in all regions.

Last night, during an air raid raid, the air defence forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine neutralised one Shahed-type unmanned aerial vehicle. There was no information about injuries or deaths, Tyurin wrote.
