Kremlin propaganda and the special services of the aggressor country launched a new psyop with a fake newsletter allegedly from representatives of the Office of the President of Ukraine to Ukrainians regarding the cessation of hostilities and Kyiv's agreement to hand over the occupied territories to Russia.

What is known about the new PsyOps of Kremlin propaganda

Analysts from the Center for Combating Disinformation (CCD) note that Ukrainian citizens began receiving fake messages purportedly from representatives of the President's Office about the alleged ceasefire and agreement to hand over the Ukrainian territories occupied by the Russian Federation to the control of the Russian Federation.

CCD analysts emphasize that the purpose of this informational and psychological operation is to influence the moral and psychological state of Ukrainian citizens and discredit the state leadership.

The CCD and the Cyber Police urged not to follow dubious hyperlinks because a phishing resource may be hiding behind them and to never enter confidential data on suspicious sites.

The agencies also urged to download programs and applications only from official sources, to use anti-virus software and to update the operating system in a timely manner.

Trust only the verified information on the official pages of state bodies, warn CCD analysts.

What is known about Russia's sending student detachments to the occupied territories of Ukraine

According to the National Resistance Center (NRC) representatives, the Russian authorities plan to form so-called "construction squads" of students in the Kursk, Bryansk and Belgorod regions with the aim of sending them to the occupied territories of Ukraine.

It is noted that the Russian occupiers plan to use student units to clear debris, transport "humanitarian" kits, and also to build fortifications.

NRC analysts add that the so-called "People's Front" movement is involved in recruitment.

Advertisements for recruitment to work in the occupied regions are distributed in Russian higher education institutions under the auspices of sending to the "volunteer center".

And the universities have already been "downloaded" a quantitative plan, which they must fulfill.

The Central Committee noted that the Russian authorities do not provide legal protection to their tourers and they will be deprived of social benefits in the future.

However, their work in Russia's Armed Forces makes them a legitimate target for the Resistance Movement, the NRC said in a statement
