According to the Defence Intelligence of Ukraine (DIU) deputy chief Vadym Skibitskyi, the criminal regime of the Kremlin dictator and war criminal Vladimir Putin is most afraid of rebellion and, as a result, the collapse of Russia.

What are they most afraid of? Very simple, two things. The first is the change of regime in Moscow. And the second thing they are afraid of today is the fragmentation or disintegration of the Russian Federation, Skibitskyi said.
According to him, to keep Russia within its current borders, the Kremlin dictator has to pursue the kind of policy that can be observed at the moment.
Zelenskyy published the report of the State Government on the plans of the Russian army
According to President Volodymyr Zelenskyi, the DIU representatives observe evidence that the defence-industrial complex of the aggressor country has reduced production rates.
The head of state said that such military intelligence data were provided to him on Thursday, December 21. Information about enemy plans was also updated.
Today there was a separate report of the DIU. The plans of the enemy, the work of the Russian military industrial complex — there are signals about its slowing down, the head of state said.
The President added that the Defense Forces would continue efforts to reduce the military potential of the Russian invaders.
