According to the investigation, on February 8, 2024, on one of the streets of Nikopol, unknown persons shot a car with an unidentified firearm. The deputy mayor was in it.
After extinguishing the fire, the body of a 59-year-old man was found in the cabin.
The police have already established signs of the attacker. Collecting and analysing material evidence is ongoing, and operative and investigative measures are being taken to arrest the suspect.
