Ukrainian grain was spill in Poland
The Minister of Infrastructure of Ukraine Oleksandr Kubrakov reports that the incident happened in the morning of February 23.
Unknown persons damaged Ukrainian agricultural products, opening three grain trucks with rapeseed. The cargo passed through Poland in transit — it was headed to Germany in Hamburg.
The situation at Ukraine's border
On February 21, the President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelenskyy, addressed European and Polish partners regarding the situation on the Ukrainian-Polish border.
He said that he instructed the Ukrainian government to be at the border with Poland by February 24, inviting the Polish PM and the government to a meeting there.
Polish President Andrzej Duda said that he supports the idea of a meeting between the Ukrainian and Polish governments.
On February 22, Polish PM Donald Tusk announced that border crossings with Ukraine, as well as sections of highways and railways, would be included in the list of critical infrastructure facilities to provide "a 100 percent guarantee that military and humanitarian aid will to reach the Ukrainian side without any delay".
Tusk also noted that the governmental meeting of Poland and Ukraine will take place on March 28 in Warsaw.
On February 9, Polish farmers started blocking roads in Poland and checkpoints on the Polish-Ukrainian border.
