On December 26, the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Valerii Zaluzhnyi, officially confirmed that he had agreed with the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine to demobilise the military in 36 months. Still, specific conditions must be met for this.

Demobilisation in Ukraine: when and how it can happen

According to the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, one of the essential conditions is that there will be no large-scale escalation on the battlefield.

The second important factor is that in 36 months, there will be someone to replace the fighters at the front.

I clearly understand that our fighters are currently at the front in extremely difficult and very difficult conditions doing their job, thanks to which we can now communicate with you calmly. Of course, I would like people who join the army, and especially those who are already serving, to clearly understand how much they will have to fight, Valerii Zaluzhnyi explained.

He again reminded that everyone should defend Ukraine, not just some part of the population.

According to the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, he is currently dissatisfied with the Territorial Recruiting Centers' work.

We made sure that key positions remained and continued to work. As for managers, some have already been fired, but the process of change continues.

Ukraine can train up to 10 brigades at the same time

Valerii Zaluzhnyi also revealed the details of the preparation of those mobilised for the war and separately paid attention to youth from 18 to 25 years of age.

I agree with any initiatives that even increase the responsibility for a person entering the front unprepared. This cannot be. We have a great opportunity to use both our capabilities and the capabilities of our partners and they pay great attention to the training of our troops.

In addition, the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces urged Ukrainians not to trust the materials of the Western media because they do not understand what is happening in Ukraine.

They absolutely do not understand what is happening here, and let's face it, there is a very small percentage of those experts with whom you can really agree.
