Russian dictator Vladimir Putin continues to "think" in public about the course of the Russian Federation's war with Ukraine, as well as the conflict with the West. The ISW team answered what the head of the Kremlin is trying to hint at.
What Putin says about the war with Ukraine and relations with the West
The Russian dictator cynically continues to lie that his army is fighting in Ukraine to defeat the West.
According to him, the main problem of the Russian Federation is not that the West helps Ukraine but that the West is "Russia's enemy".
The dictator also repeated the thesis that the Western elites are allegedly doing everything possible to break Russia into five parts and are trying to achieve this goal with the help of Ukraine.
In addition, the head of the Kremlin continues to fool his people, telling lies that Ukraine is already "destroyed" and that "there is nothing left of it."
Putin hints at his willingness to negotiate with the West
Recently, the dictator also lied that Western rhetoric has recently shifted to "quickly ending the conflict."
According to analysts, this wording means that the head of the Kremlin sees a conflict and potential negotiations between Russia and the West, not a conflict and possible negotiations between Russia and Ukraine.
The President of the Russian Federation also added that he allegedly seeks to end the conflict with the West, but exclusively on the terms of official Moscow.
