On January 10, the Russian army carried out airstrikes in the Kupiansk district in the Kharkiv region. A woman was killed as a result of an enemy attack.

The head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration (RMA), Oleg Syniegubov, reported on his Telegram channel.

The occupiers struck the village of Vilkhuvatka of the Kupiansk district with guided aerial bombs, the statement said.

It is noted that a 48-year-old woman was killed as a result of an enemy strike.

10 private houses and a shop were also damaged. A fire broke out in the school after the shelling. Emergency services continue to eliminate the consequences.

Explosions in Kharkiv: what is known

On the evening of January 9, powerful explosions rang out in Kharkiv. The authorities urged residents to stay in shelters and then reported rocket fire from the occupiers.

Subsequently, Kharkiv RMA reported on the attack on the children's health centre. At the time of the shelling, there were no people on the premises of the health centre.
