Woman killed by Russian shelling in Kharkiv region

On 28 December, Russian troops attacked the town of Vovchansk in the Kharkiv region. As a result of the shelling, a car carrying two women caught fire. One woman died and the other was injured.

Russians shelled Vovchansk

At around 10 a.m., the enemy fired at Vovchansk in the Chuhuiv district with anti-aircraft missiles. "Unfortunately, a 66-year-old woman died in hospital from her injuries," he said.

He also said that a 63-year-old local resident was provided with medical assistance on the spot.

Shelling of Vovchansk

Russian troops are constantly shelling settlements in the Kharkiv region located near the border with Russia. Thus, Vovchansk is under constant fire. Earlier, on 19 October, the occupiers attacked Vovchansk in the Kharkiv region. Two people were injured as a result of the enemy shelling.
