About 26% of the territory of Ukraine is currently under Russian occupation, but the Russian army can no longer advance significantly.
Zelenskyy recalled the first days of the war
President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy said in an interview with the Italian broadcaster Rai 1 that Russian troops cannot advance significantly in Ukraine.
The President notes that currently Ukraine knows what war is like, many families have lost loved ones, there are wounded and many are at the front, but Ukraine is not alone, as it was possible to unite world leaders.
Russia is not going to stop
Zelenskyy says he never considered surrendering during these two years of war.
The President emphasises that Putin's primary goal is to deprive Ukraine of its independence so that it is part of his empire.
