Defence Forces units withdrew from Lastochkyne
The OSTG "Tavria" spokesman, Capt. Dmytro Lykhovii, stated this information on the telethon air.
The day before, OSTG "Tavria" representatives reported that the Russians had not occupied Lastochkyne, and fighting was ongoing on the outskirts of the village.
On February 24, several sources, in particular the DeepState channel, informed about the capture of Lastochkyne by the Russian occupiers of the Ocheretyne community of the Pokrovsky district in the Donetsk region. Before the war, this village had a population of 617 people.
The Armed Forces of Ukraine left Avdiivka
On February 17, the Defence Forces of Ukraine completed the withdrawal of units from Avdiivka in the Donetsk region.
The operational-strategic task group (OSTG) "Tavria" commander, Brig. Gen. Oleksandr Tarnavskyi reported that Ukrainian soldiers are taking positions on the second line of defence.
