Andrii "Lyudoid" Limontov, a soldier of the "Shaman" special unit of the Defence Inteligence Ukraine of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, spoke in an exclusive interview to online.ua about his attitude towards those people who always look for "treason" in any actions and are dissatisfied with everything.
What will you tell your children after the war
Everyone has his own vision and feeling of what he needs in life. When you want to say something, think about what you have done from the point of view of society, from the point of view of war. What is your position?
I was always told as a child: "Criticize - offer." If there is a constructive solution, it will be good if it is constructive.
It is better to take care of yourself, your family, go to practice. And also, when everything will be fine, everyone has children, someone will have them, and one day your child will ask you the question: "These were the times in the country, what did you, dad or mom, do?"
And think about what you were doing, what you were doing at that time and what you can tell your children with a pure heart? These are your children, they will follow your example.
The way you act now will be reflected in your, our, my future. Therefore, I would like to say: less words and more action. Thank you.
DIU takes revenge on the enemy in real time
Andriy Yusov, the official representative of the Defence Inteligence Ukraine of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, confirmed that the fighters of the special unit of the GUR "Shaman" are regularly engaged in the elimination of high-ranking officers of the Russian Federation. However, so far the team of the head of intelligence, Kyril Budanov, cannot name the names and surnames of the destroyed enemies.
Andriy Yusov once again reminded that absolutely all war criminals and state traitors will be punished sooner or later.
According to him, it is primarily about punishment within the limits of current Ukrainian legislation and international law.
Each such criminal may not wait and surrender to Ukrainian justice or in another state where the jurisdiction of the international tribunal extends. Otherwise, they expose themselves to danger. Since 2014, we have seen that a large number of occupiers, war criminals and traitors did not wait for the tribunal, - warned the representative of the GUR.
Journalists asked Andriy Yusov where exactly the fighters of "Shaman" perform their tasks: only in the occupied territories or all over the world?
Again. It is about the work of DIU. Today, our enemy No. 1 is the Russian Federation. But if we talk about the work of the GUR of the Ministry of Defense, then in one way or another it involves activities and interaction with many states in different parts of the world.
